Terms of service

Kalamos drafts, checks and schedules LinkedIn posts in your voice. You approve what goes out, and you are responsible for what is published under your name. We provide the tool honestly and as-is during early access. These terms set out the deal between us.

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Kalamos ("Kalamos," "we," "us"). By creating an account, connecting LinkedIn or using the service, including through an AI agent connected over MCP, you agree to them. If you are using Kalamos on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept on its behalf.

Kalamos connects to your LinkedIn account, uses AI to draft posts, comments and carousels from the notes, posts and links you provide, scores each draft against a writing bar, and publishes the posts you approve at the times you chose. Kalamos is a drafting and scheduling assistant. It does not guarantee any particular reach, follower growth or business outcome.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by an agent you connected or a personal access token you created.
• Early access may be granted, limited or revoked at our discretion.

You are responsible for every post and comment published to LinkedIn through Kalamos, whether you approved it in the app, through an agent, or through a schedule you set. By using the service you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use the notes, posts, images and links you give Kalamos.
• You will comply with applicable laws and with the LinkedIn User Agreement, and you accept that LinkedIn may restrict accounts it believes breach its rules.
• You will review drafts before they publish and correct anything inaccurate.
• What you publish is truthful and not misleading about who wrote it or what happened.

AI-generated drafts can be inaccurate or off-tone. The writing check flags claims it cannot see in your source; it does not verify facts. Treat every draft as a starting point.

You agree not to use Kalamos to:

• Publish spam, engagement bait, scams or malware, or mass-comment on posts you have not read.
• Harass, deceive, impersonate or harm others, or publish under a name that is not yours.
• Violate any law or any third party's rights, including the rights of the people whose public posts appear in your workspace.
• Circumvent publishing limits or other safeguards, scrape the service, or disrupt it or its infrastructure.

We may pause publishing or suspend accounts to protect your LinkedIn standing, other people, our providers or the service.

Posts publish according to the approvals and schedule you set, and a scheduled post publishes only once you have linked LinkedIn and confirmed the slot. We apply pacing and daily limits to protect your account, and these may change. Once a post is published, we cannot recall it; you can delete it yourself on LinkedIn.

Kalamos relies on third parties: LinkedIn, our LinkedIn connector (Unipile), OpenAI and Google models reached through OpenRouter, news and web sources, and any AI agent you connect over MCP. Your use of those services through Kalamos is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages. See our Privacy Policy for how data flows between them.

You may connect an AI agent to Kalamos through MCP, or create a personal access token for a script of your own. Anything such an agent or token does is treated as done by you, within the scopes you granted. Keep tokens secret and revoke any you no longer use.

Kalamos is a paid monthly subscription, billed in advance in US dollars at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. New subscriptions start with a 7-day trial: a payment method is required, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is charged when it ends and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid. Refunds are covered by our Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

Subscriptions started while the launch offer is open are charged US$39 a month and keep that price for as long as that subscription stays active, including after the offer closes and if the list price (US$79 a month) applies to new subscriptions. The launch price ends if the subscription is cancelled or expires; a later subscription is charged the price shown at its checkout.

Kalamos is offered as early access. Features may change or be removed, and we do not promise any specific uptime during this period. We may modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate or suitable, or that LinkedIn will treat automated publishing in any particular way.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalamos will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, followers or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, including posts that were or were not published and any action LinkedIn takes on your account. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or US$100.

You can stop using Kalamos at any time; disconnect LinkedIn from Settings and email us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and liability limits) will continue.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Kalamos after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kalamos operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to a different venue.
