Refunds & cancellation

Kalamos has one plan, Engine, at $39 per month in US dollars. Subscriptions started while the launch offer is open keep that price for as long as they stay active. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, and taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record. Your receipt and card statement may show Dodo Payments rather than Kalamos.

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day trial. You add a payment method at checkout and are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first monthly payment is charged when it ends, and the subscription then renews every month until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from billing in Settings, or by emailing support@kalamos.so from your account email address.

• Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.
• Cancel after a payment and your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for. No further payments are taken.
• Cancelling does not by itself request a refund. See the next section.

If Kalamos is not right for you, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of the date it was charged. That includes the first payment taken when your trial ends. Refunding your first payment also cancels the subscription.

• Renewal payments after the first are not refunded, including for partial months.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
• This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

Email support@kalamos.so from your account email address with the payment date and the receipt or transaction reference. Do not send your card number or other sensitive payment details.

Closing the browser or signing out does not cancel posts you have already approved and scheduled. To stop scheduled publishing straight away, disconnect LinkedIn in Settings. Disconnecting pauses scheduled posts and keeps your drafts; it does not delete your account.

To export your notes, drafts, history and voice profile, or delete your account, email support@kalamos.so. We handle these requests within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
