KALAMOS FOR CHROME
Sign-in doesn't finish, or the page says the panel didn't answer
Open the Kalamos panel in Chrome and press Agree and continue with Google again: the sign-in page needs to know which browser to hand your sign-in to. Still stuck? Email us with your Chrome version.
Why does it only work on LinkedIn?
Kalamos knows only the address of the LinkedIn page you're on, so other sites give it nothing to work with. Open a profile or a post and the panel follows along.
What does the extension read?
Only the address of LinkedIn pages, so it knows which profile or post you're on. It never reads, changes or acts on the page, never posts for you, and sees nothing from other sites. The details are in our privacy policy.
How do I pin it to the toolbar?
Click the puzzle icon in Chrome's toolbar, then the pin next to Kalamos. After that, the Kalamos icon opens the panel in one click.
The reply queue or warm-up asks me to connect LinkedIn
Both read the comments on your own posts through your connected LinkedIn account. Connect it in the Kalamos app: Settings → LinkedIn.
ACCOUNT & BILLING
How does the trial work?
Kalamos for Chrome starts a 7-day trial with no card, and it stops on its own. The Kalamos app's 7-day trial takes a card at checkout and charges $39 a month when it ends, unless you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel plan, or email us from your account address. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged; after a payment, your access continues to the end of the month you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Your first payment, in full, within 14 days of the charge. Renewals after that aren't refunded. The details are on Refunds & cancellation.
How do I export or delete my data?
Settings → Account: Export my data, or Delete account.
My LinkedIn disconnected
Settings → LinkedIn → Reconnect, with the same account. While it's disconnected, scheduled posts go back to drafts, so nothing posts by surprise.
Does Kalamos post without asking me?
No. Posts go out only once you've approved them, at the time you chose, from your own account. Comments and replies are sent only after you approve each one. The Chrome extension never sends anything: you copy and post yourself.
